Sample Welcome Address

e , and began to go north in search of the square where is situated the old town hall. There was a market set up in the square, which was quite friendly. The Old Town Hall Tower is the only remnant of a twelfth-century church.

Old Town Hall Square and stands out from the
Roskilde Cathedral, which is a World Heritage Site. It's a pretty nice building, built during the XII and XIII, and where are buried the Danish kings from the fifteenth century.

On the shore of the fjord have built a Viking Museum, after the discovery of 5 Viking ships submerged in the fjord. The cost of admission to the museum are 100 kr, 80 kr with student ID (about 11 €), and the advantage is that they make guided tours in English, I remember that ours was at 12. You can also do other activities like a walk in a recreation of a Viking ship, but had to pay more. The museum, however I think it's worth, if you are interested in the Viking culture, although the remains of the ships are not in a good condition (one was 20% of what originalmind was). Of course, taking pictures is allowed.

After leaving the museum, we went to get something to eat. Nearby was a terrace of a kebab / pizza, so we sit and catch a menu: kebab with chips and coke for 60 kr, if I remember correctly. From there, we returned to the area of the cathedral and town hall, taking the last pictures and passing the Roskilde
Convent, which was also closed, you could only walk in the garden and to some extent.

Back to the train station, and after 25 minutes, again in Copenhagen. We take the afternoon to go to
Amalienborg Palace, which consists of four buildings with a huge square in the middle, with the statue of Frederick V of Denmark

. Of the four palaces are visited two, after payment clear. With the budget that we had and saw that you have to pay a fortune for almost anything, the visit to discard. However, proposers aroundport ion stunning views, with the approach of the Copenhagen Opera
and Marmorkirken .

Copenhagen Opera

did not finish the day here. Following along the promenade next to the opera, we reached the source of Gefion , which is at the entrance of Kastellet
. The source is pretty, but Kastellet

worth seeing even more, is an area where you can breathe peace and you can see lots of green, while enjoying some well priced terrace nearby. CHproving one of the sandwiches, which were delicious.
The next day will be a tour of Copenhagen.

Brain Stroke Symptoms Travel to Denmark - Day 1

NDEs ...) and the air controllers' strike then in August was not convened, an hour is not important. After 2 hours and 40 minutes (instead of just under 3 hours required), we arrive at Copenhagen Airport. important detail: you have to change the currency, since there use the Danish krone (kr). We changed at the airport in Copenhagen, where he applied a rate of 30kr for change, which is not bad. Copenhagen airport is on another island other than downtown, but it is connected by train and underground (and I suppose that bus as well), we caught the train, which had already looked at prices and stops. The fare from the airport to Central Station, Copenhagen HovedbanegĂ„rd, 34.50kr costs just over € 4.50. LHall laza

Vesterbrogade Crossing with HC Andersen Boulevard, which forms the Plaza We arrived at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, or
RÄdhuspladsen
, where we met a gay festival, were with the flags, concerts and people in costume. The level of party was considerable, and when we returned at the end of the night we find scenes like a guy urinating in front of City Hall.

Corner of HC Andersen Boulevard Vesterbrogade, we find the time Girl, 1936, which consists of two parts: a girl on bike in good weather, and if it's raining umbrella. Currently it does not work on mes known in Copenhagen. Formerly a fairly disreputable, but the 60 was revived and is now the hot spot in town. How could it be otherwise, we had a beer in one of the many terraces of the channel. As a curiosity and to get an idea of living, a pint of Carlsberg 52kr cost me, about 7 €.

Here we began to feel the fatigue of travel, so we leave it as a good first day, and back to hotel to rest and then to get something for dinner.

All in Copenhagen is very expensive, especially eating out. As we walked we found no supermarket, so we had dinner futside, and found a good location on Vesterbrogade near the hotel. A salmon sandwich with cheese, lettuce, etc.., It took us about 10 €, although it was a pretty big sandwich, but in any event no longer a sandwich.
